To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org. or call us at 647-361-5214 and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if its a return or an exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
